Welcome to my website.

For those who don’t know me, I’m David Bateman, as the extremely creative name of this website suggests. I’m a freelance journalist finishing my studies in History and Politics at Edinburgh University.

On this site you can find various things: in my blog you’ll find what has been interesting me lately on topics like sport, politics, film and anything newsworthy. The ‘Published Work’ tab is equally as self-explanatory. It has a selection of my published work that is available online. Finally the last tab gives various ways to contact me- Email, Twitter, Facebook- whichever suits you best as all are checked and updated regularly.
